Starting a simulation
Choose a student profile, set the pupil's grade and language, and pick which credits pay for the run.
Open the simulator from the user menu (Diagnostic simulator) and press New simulation. A short wizard walks you through the setup.
Select student profile
Pick the difficulty or life situation the AI pupil will portray — for example a specific learning difficulty, a problem at home, or a relationship issue in class. Each profile card carries a short description of what the pupil is going through.
- Use the Search a profile… box to filter the grid. The search ignores
diacritics, so typing
resenialso matchesřešení. - The last card is the random profile (🎲): the AI picks the profile, the pupil's age, and the concrete situation for you. You only find out what the pupil was dealing with in the final evaluation — the closest thing to a real blind interview.
About the pupil
For a specific (non-random) profile, choose the pupil's grade (1st through 9th grade, each shown with the typical age). The AI adapts the pupil's vocabulary and behavior to that age.
If more than one simulation language is available, you also pick the language here (Czech or English). When you run the simulation inside a seminar group, the choice is limited to the languages the group has enabled.
This step can be skipped
If you picked the random profile and only one language is available, there is nothing to choose — the wizard jumps straight to the review step.
Review & start
The last step summarizes your choices and offers two optional settings:
-
Lesson context — a free-text note for the AI, e.g. "the interview takes place right after a math test the pupil failed". Use it to anchor the conversation in a concrete moment.
-
Run as — shown only when you are a member of at least one seminar group. Your credits can come from different sources, and this choice decides which ones pay for the run and who sees it:
- Personal (badge Private): "Just for you — paid from your personal credits." Nobody else sees the transcript.
- A group (badge Shared): paid from that group's credits, and the group's teacher will see the transcript and evaluation.
Each option shows how many credits remain in that source. Options with no credits left, or groups that don't allow your selected language, are disabled. The first usable option is pre-selected.
Press Start simulation to begin. The button stays disabled until you have a profile, a grade (for non-random profiles), and a usable credit source.
No credits?
Starting a simulation costs 1 credit. If you have none, the simulator shows "You have no credits. Ask your seminar organizer to grant you some." — see Credits for where credits come from.
